Allan Haines

Biography

Allan Haines is Head of Education at The Concrete Centre responsible for providing educational support for universities and specifying professions since joining The Centre in 2003.

Current activities include collaborative projects with Brighton, RCA, Oxford Brookes, Sheffield and Nottingham schools of architecture and.The Centre is contributing to The Oxford Conference 2008 on Architectural Education.

Allan is also working on two LFA cycle tours on concrete architecture in central London which include Thameside buildings, The National theatre and Royal festival Hall, former David Mellor offices at Shad Thames and Tower environs scheme/visitor centre.
